Chinatsu Hayase (早瀬 千夏, Hayase Chinatsu) is the daughter of Kinue Hayase and the younger sister of Masamune Makabe who currently attends middle school as a second year.

Unlike Masamune Makabe, Chinatsu has light brown hair that is tied in a braided-ponytail on the left side by a green hair tie with a fringe that brushes past her brows on the right side, brown eyes and she is taller than Kinue Hayase.

Etymology[]
- The name Chinatsu means "thousand" (千) (chi) and "summer" (夏) (natsu).
- Chinatsu's surname Hayase means "already, now, fast, early" (早) (haya) and "swift current, rapids" (瀬) (se).
Trivia[]
- Chinatsu does not possess the same surname as her brother anymore due to Masamune's choice of changing from Hayase to Makabe.
